The Association for Diplomatic Studies and Training (ADST) has announced it has succeeded in placing its program’s interviews on the internet. These holdings will constitute part of the Library of Congress’ Memory Collection.

It is thus available worldwide at no cost to the reader. The LOC site is

memory.loc.gov/ammem/collections/diplomacy.

The Collection includes 1,300 interviews currently available. The remainder of the 1,450 completed interviews will follow. The collection, under the guidance of Director Stu Kennedy, includes insights and experiences not otherwise captured for the record. In addition, special oral history projects have been conducted on Iraq, Afghanistan, the Southern Sudan Peace Agreement, and the evacuation of Americans from Lebanon.
