I just finished reading the insightful article, “Defining Terrorism: It Shouldn’t be Confused with Insurgency,” by Haviland Smith and wanted to simply say how much I appreciate your service. I am a diplomacy student at Norwich University (soon to graduate) and have frequented this website for updates and information. Since I am currently living and working outside of the US, it is important for me to have access to good, online resources, especially those produced by authors with experience living abroad.
